Glenn Hottmann - Owner
Together with his wife, Connie, Glenn founded G & G Enterprises in 1992. Glenn oversees all operations at G & G Enterprises. He utilizes his 40 years of masonry experience to ensure clients receive a beautiful project in a timely, safe and cost-effective manner. His dedication to hard work, respect and follow through have resulted in a solid reputation among our clients. Glenn serves as Region G Vice President of the Mason Contractors Association of America. In addition, Glenn is a board member and past president of the Arizona Masonry Contractors Association.
Connie Hottmann - Owner
As co-founder of G & G Enterprises, Connie has been the foundation of all our financial, accounting and insurance operations. Together with Glenn, her husband, she has helped achieve success in building our company to what it is today.
Melonie Leslie - General Manager
Melonie was born into the industry but started her masonry career with G & G Enterprises in 2004. Utilizing her industry knowledge and education, Melonie manages all aspects of operations for G & G Enterprises. Melonie holds a Master in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University. Melonie serves as Legislative Committee Co-Chairmen and South of 40 Committee Member for the Mason Contractors Association of America
Brian Leslie - Project Engineer & Equipment Manager
Brian began his career in the masonry industry in 2015. Brian aides in processing and completing required project documents. In addition, he manages our equipment to ensure we have minimal down time. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Arizona State University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business Administration Management and Human Resource Management from Winona State University.
